Frida J Johansson and Anna Norberg started the project Mission: Clothes in June 2015. We had seen how the children went in ragged clothes and we wanted to help. Our goal was to collect clothes and toys for children in Saint-Louis.

 

During six months, we collected clothes and toys, with the help of staff from Projects Abroad, we distributed clothes and toys to the families who had a great need. The clothes were distributed to three families. A large family with older children and two families with newborns.

 

We received so many clothes and toys that we unfortunately could not bring everything when we traveled to Senegal in December 2015. The clothes we did not have space forwill we take with us the next time we travel to Senegal for distribution.

 

A big thank you to all who in any way contributed and helped these families to get new clothes in Senegal.
